SNOWSHOE FOR FITNESS SERIES

Snowshoe for fun...and fitness

Motivation, inspiration, exploration! There is so much world out there to discover! It's hard, especially when it's cold out, to find the motivation and go explore. Join our group to stay accountable and push yourself. 5 weeks of building friendships, trying new things, and getting in shape!

Our series of 5 snowshoes are designed with curiosity in mind. Each week the group will decide what trail to explore based on conditions and the group's preference. No experience is needed with snowshoes, but the program is designed for a moderate fitness level. By the end of the series, you will be equipped to complete a 12km snowshoe with 600m of elevation gain and have one under your belt. No one gets left behind!

Sign up for the hike that fits your schedule, or sign up for all 5 hikes and enjoy a discounted price! Start your summer off on the right foot, stay injury free, and make new friends!

The following weeks:

  • 8:30-9:30am:
You will receive an email with instructions on how to meet at the trailhead. The meeting time will change based on the location of the snowshoe (approximately between 8:30-9:30am). The goal is take you on progressively harder trails while showing you new areas so that you can go out and explore on your own!
