SNOWSHOE FOR FITNESS SERIES
Snowshoe for fun...and fitness
Our series of 5 snowshoes are designed with curiosity in mind. Each week the group will decide what trail to explore based on conditions and the group's preference. No experience is needed with snowshoes, but the program is designed for a moderate fitness level. By the end of the series, you will be equipped to complete a 12km snowshoe with 600m of elevation gain and have one under your belt. No one gets left behind!

The following weeks:
-
8:30-9:30am:You will receive an email with instructions on how to meet at the trailhead. The meeting time will change based on the location of the snowshoe (approximately between 8:30-9:30am). Each week the snowshoe will be chosen based on the groups fitness level. We also avoid trails that people in the group have snowshoed before. The goal is take you on progressively harder trails while showing you new areas so that you can go out and explore on your own!
